These terms apply when you use ideaxecution.com (the “website”) and any app or service we provide that does not come with its own terms. They are an agreement between you and Ideaxecution Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“Ideaxecution”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India.
Some products have their own terms, which apply instead of these where they differ:
- Nix terms of service and licence
- Shirdi Sai Baba Live TV terms
- Apps from the Apple App Store are also licensed under Apple’s standard licence agreement, and apps from Google Play under Google Play’s terms.
By using the website or one of these products, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
Using the website
You may browse the website, read and share its content with a link, and contact us through it. Please don’t:
- copy or republish substantial parts of the website without our permission;
- try to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the website;
- use automated tools to scrape the website in a way that harms its performance;
- send us anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
Our apps and services
When you download one of our apps or use one of our services that has no terms of its own:
- we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for its intended purpose on devices you own or control;
- you may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or modify it, except where the law allows this regardless;
- we may update, change or stop offering an app or feature; we’ll try to give reasonable notice of anything significant.
If you buy an app through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another store, the store handles payment and refunds under its own terms, and the store’s licence terms also apply.
Things you send us
When you send us a message, idea or feedback, you keep ownership of it. You let us use it to reply to you and to improve our products. Please don’t send confidential information unless we have agreed in writing (for example, under a non-disclosure agreement) to keep it confidential.
Client work
If we build something for you, a separate written agreement covers that work. These terms do not.
Intellectual property
The website, our apps, our names and logos (including Ideaxecution, Nix, OneClick QuitAll, BMDB.fun, Peepal and Shopkeeper) and their content belong to us or our licensors. Product names, logos and screenshots of other companies (for example in our journal) belong to their owners and are used for identification or commentary.
Links to other sites
The website links to sites and services we don’t control, such as app stores and the streaming services listed on BMDB.fun. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
We work hard to keep the website accurate and our products reliable, but we provide them “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that they will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Articles in our journal are general information, not professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or data) arising from your use of the website or our products, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim (or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Privacy
Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle personal information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll show a notice on the website. If you keep using the website or our products after a change, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh, India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Before going to court, please contact us. Most problems can be solved by talking.
